Airchenab Travel and Tours (SMC-PVT) Limited – Ticketing Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:

  • “Company” shall mean Airchenab Travel and Tours (SMC-PVT) Limited, its employees, representatives, and affiliates.
  • “Traveler” shall mean the individual or entity purchasing or using a ticket issued by the Company.
  • “Airline” shall mean the carrier or service provider operating the flight(s).

2. Travel Documentation
2.1 The Traveler shall be solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all valid travel documents, including but not limited to passports, exit/re-entry permits, vaccination and health certificates, and any documentation required by transit or destination countries.
2.2 The Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss, denial of boarding, refusal of entry, or additional costs incurred due to incomplete, invalid, or expired documentation.

3. Compliance with Airport, Immigration and Transit Requirements
3.1 The Traveler shall comply with all airport security protocols, immigration requirements, customs regulations, and transit rules applicable in the country of departure, transit, or arrival.
3.2 The Company shall not be held liable for denial of boarding, offloading, deportation, refusal of entry, or refusal of transit by any airline, airport authority, immigration, or governmental body.

4. Health and Safety Regulations
4.1 The Traveler shall comply with all health, vaccination, medical testing, and quarantine requirements imposed by the airline, airport, transit, or destination authorities.
4.2 The Company shall not be liable for denial of boarding or entry due to non-compliance with such requirements.

5. Airline Rules and Conditions
5.1 All tickets issued by the Company are subject to the conditions of carriage, rules, and policies of the respective Airline.
5.2 The Company has no authority to alter or override Airline rules relating to cancellations, refunds, penalties, baggage, or other conditions of travel.

6. Flight Schedules and Service Disruptions
6.1 The Airline reserves the right to change flight schedules, routes, aircraft, or seating arrangements without prior notice.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule disruptions, or any consequential damages arising therefrom, including but not limited to costs of accommodation, meals, transportation, or loss of business.

7. Fares, Taxes, and Surcharges
7.1 All fares quoted are subject to change until the ticket is issued.
7.2 Any increase in taxes, surcharges, or government-imposed fees after ticket issuance shall be payable solely by the Traveler.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 Refunds, where permitted, shall be subject exclusively to the Airline’s policies and conditions.
8.2 The Company shall levy a non-refundable service charge of PKR 2,000 per ticket for processing any refund request, in addition to any Airline-imposed charges.
8.3 Refund processing times are dependent upon the Airline and may extend for several weeks.
8.4 Service fees collected by the Company at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable.

9. Baggage
9.1 Baggage allowances, restrictions, and charges are determined by the Airline and are subject to change.
9.2 The Company shall not be held responsible for loss, delay, or damage to baggage.

10. Denial of Boarding and No-Show
10.1 The Company assumes no liability in the event a Traveler is denied boarding by the Airline, airport, immigration, or security authorities.
10.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, penalty, or additional costs resulting from the Traveler’s failure to present themselves for travel at the designated time (“no-show”).

11. Traveler Responsibility
11.1 The Traveler shall verify the accuracy of all booking details, including but not limited to names, dates, routes, and flight details, prior to ticket issuance.
11.2 The Traveler shall be responsible for reconfirming flights and complying with all check-in and boarding requirements.
11.3 The Company shall not bear responsibility for costs or losses arising from the Traveler’s failure to comply with Airline, airport, or regulatory requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Traveler and the Airline.
12.2 All liability for services, including carriage, rests exclusively with the Airline.
12.3 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or opportunities, arising from the use of its services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
13.2 Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
